There are two ways to submit firefighter job application:

Firefighter Written Exam
Your next step after the job application is the written exams. The written exams will take from 2 to 3 hours to be solved and the test has many multiple choice questions, actually all the questions have multiple choices.

Firefighter Interview
If you get high score in the written exams you will go through the firefighter interview. It is an oral interview. You will see the fire chief with some people in high positions in the firefighting career.
Firefighter Fitness Examinations
In these exams you will be put in true fire training, you will be tested for hose dragging, ladder descent and ascent, carrying tools upstairs and these tests are not stoppable. You must finish the test.
Firefighter Psychological Evaluation
In this evaluation your background will be tested. This evaluation is because you will be put in dangerous situations so fire chief and the fire department want to check your mental health because you will be put in situations which will stress you.
Medical Exam
The medical exam will test your conditions and your physical problems which can be found when you are in service and your annual service.
After you finish this all you will meet the fire chief to confirm your hiring process
